- You must be legally eligible to marry in your jurisdiction आप अपने क्षेत्र में कानूनी रूप से विवाह करने के योग्य होने चाहिए
- Only one account per person is allowed प्रति व्यक्ति केवल एक खाता अनुमत है
- You must provide accurate and truthful information आपको सटीक और सच्ची जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी
2. Account Responsibilities / खाते की जिम्मेदारी
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account आप अपने खाते की सुरक्षा बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं
- Do not share your password with anyone अपना पासवर्ड किसी के साथ साझा न करें
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access किसी भी अनधिकृत पहुंच की तुरंत सूचना दें
- You are responsible for all activities under your account आप अपने खाते के तहत सभी गतिविधियों के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं
3. Prohibited Activities / निषिद्ध गतिविधियां
⚠️ Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination.

- Creating fake or misleading profiles नकली या भ्रामक प्रोफाइल बनाना
- Posting inappropriate, offensive or vulgar content अनुचित, आपत्तिजनक या अश्लील सामग्री पोस्ट करना
- Harassing, abusing or threatening other members अन्य सदस्यों को परेशान करना, दुर्व्यवहार करना या धमकी देना
- Sharing personal contact details in chat (auto-blocked) चैट में व्यक्तिगत संपर्क विवरण साझा करना (स्वतः ब्लॉक)
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without permission बिना अनुमति के व्यावसायिक उद्देश्यों के लिए प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग
- Impersonating another person or entity किसी अन्य व्यक्ति या संस्था का रूप धारण करना
- Attempting to hack or disrupt our services हमारी सेवाओं को हैक करने या बाधित करने का प्रयास
4. Plans & Payments / प्लान और भुगतान
- All plan prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) सभी प्लान की कीमतें भारतीय रुपये (INR) में हैं
- Payments are non-refundable once processed एक बार प्रोसेस होने के बाद भुगतान वापस नहीं किया जाएगा
- Plans are activated after manual payment verification (24-48 hours) मैन्युअल भुगतान सत्यापन के बाद प्लान सक्रिय होते हैं (24-48 घंटे)
- We reserve the right to modify plan prices with prior notice हम पूर्व सूचना के साथ प्लान कीमतें संशोधित करने का अधिकार रखते हैं

5. Spin & Win Terms / स्पिन और जीत की शर्तें
- 1 free spin per day per account प्रति खाता प्रति दिन 1 निःशुल्क स्पिन
- Points earned cannot be transferred to other accounts अर्जित पॉइंट अन्य खातों में स्थानांतरित नहीं किए जा सकते
- Prize delivery subject to availability and courier charges paid by winner पुरस्कार वितरण उपलब्धता के अधीन, कूरियर शुल्क विजेता द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा
- NavraBayko.in reserves the right to modify spin prizes anytime NavraBayko.in किसी भी समय स्पिन पुरस्कार बदलने का अधिकार रखता है
- Points expire after 6 months of inactivity 6 महीने की निष्क्रियता के बाद पॉइंट समाप्त हो जाते हैं
6. Profile & Content / प्रोफाइल और सामग्री
- You own the content you post on NavraBayko.in आप NavraBayko.in पर पोस्ट की गई सामग्री के मालिक हैं
- By posting, you grant us a license to display your content on our platform पोस्ट करके, आप हमें अपनी सामग्री प्रदर्शित करने का लाइसेंस देते हैं
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines हम हमारी दिशानिर्देशों का उल्लंघन करने वाली किसी भी सामग्री को हटाने का अधिकार रखते हैं
- Profile photos must be genuine photos of yourself प्रोफाइल फोटो आपकी वास्तविक तस्वीरें होनी चाहिए

NavraBayko.in is a matrimony platform that connects individuals. We do not guarantee successful marriages or relationships.

- We are not responsible for the actions of our members हम अपने सदस्यों के कार्यों के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं
- Always meet in public places and inform family members हमेशा सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर मिलें और परिवार के सदस्यों को सूचित करें
- Verify the identity of any person before meeting मिलने से पहले किसी भी व्यक्ति की पहचान सत्यापित करें
8. Termination / समाप्ति
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
हम बिना पूर्व सूचना के इन नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले किसी भी खाते को समाप्त या निलंबित करने का अधिकार रखते हैं।
9. Governing Law / शासी कानून
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
ये नियम भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगे। कोई भी विवाद भारत की अदालतों के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होगा।
